TotaLand has made significant improvements in so many areas that, frankly, it’s hard to keep up. That being said, none of the changes will force you to alter your work flow; only expand your options and allow you to further customize and meet your client’s needs.
Customization of Billing Options used to require an Advanced License and is now open for all license types. Send us a special style of Invoice that your client needs/demands, and we can program it into your Custom Report Library (programming fees apply).
Several new features allowing for batch processing of data have been enhanced. We are also working towards the ability to batch download and transfer data to new projects through a very simple template. Need to move all of John’s Tracts to a new project for John? We’ll soon have options for you to do this rather passively.
Monthly Academy Sessions still remain the best way to get up to speed and also to keep up with recent changes. Not to mention the CL points available for attendees. But just as a reminder, you can always access the latest training sessions by going to Support (top right of the page) then click on the Training tab, then click on the green arrow next to the course you’re interested in. You’ll be able to access the recorded sessions at your own pace. Many of our clients are actually starting to host their own training sessions with a group inside the comforts of their own conference room.
