Principal Licensing Options

Principal – Any company that will have an agent (brokerage) perform services on its behalf through TotaLand.com.
Internal Brokerage – A Brokerage within the Principal’s organization, generally consisting of in-house personnel.
External Brokerage – A Brokerage hired by a Principal to act on its behalf.

** Additional Storage Fees over the allotted storage amount will be assessed at a rate of $250/TB in 1TB increments.
† Onsite and Interactive Training are available at a rate of $150/hr.
‡ Custom Forms, Custom Invoices, Custom Reports, and other Personalized Features are available at a rate of $150/hr of development. Advanced level subscription holders will be allotted up to 2 hours per custom report/form/invoice for no charge. Current hourly development rates will apply for items that extend beyond 2 hours of development time. Advanced level subscription holders will also be allotted custom training for up to 8 hours.
1Mapping Services consist of creating/drawing polygons, setting up project maps, mapping personnel training, etc. Mapping Services are available at a rate of $75/hr. Advanced level subscription holders will have their project maps setup for no charge. Current hourly mapping rates will apply for polygon maintenance and other map related modifications beyond initial setup.
2 Data Input Services consist of services where TotaLand personnel are contracted to input project, company, and/or user data for a client.
