TotaLand brings "Taste of the Tropics" to LAPL June Safety Meeting
For those landmen not currently vacationing at the beach, TotaLand provided the next best thing by hosting the LAPL's monthly "Safety Meeting" social. The "Taste of the Tropics" theme, including leis, tropical drinks and a one-man steel-drum band, helped the attendees forget that they were landlocked.
The energetic crowd enjoyed the delicious food and refreshing drinks while visiting with friends in the local land industry, while wonderful island music wafted through the air. We greatly enjoyed hosting this event and look forward to our next one.
Safety Meetings are casual, social networking opportunities for LAPL members, usually (but not always) held on the third Thursday of each month. Non-members are welcome to join us if accompanied by an LAPL member. Membership applications will be available at the event, or you can print one from the website, www.lapl.com.
