Using TotaLand is by far the best decision we have made. It saves Sam Houston Professional Land Services time and money. Abstract Assembler is one of our favorite features. Every time we have sent a completed abstract to a new attorney, they have called and commented how much they like the look of the finished product. As a broker, I can say that having the landmen do their billing on TotaLand saves us hours every billing period. But by far TotaLand’s customer service is the best in the business. We have had clients that have had us use other management software companies and they do not even come close to the service that TotaLand provides. If we ever have a problem we are taken care of immediately, no matter the time or day. They have also implemented some of our suggestion that clients have made.
