As former field landmen, we loved our work, but hated the paperwork. In fact, it nearly drove us crazy. We would spend countless hours typing the same information over and over, all the while knowing that others in the chain would then re-type this same information all over again. We were spending way too much time in the day simply preparing leases, drafts, status reports, LPRs and the like.
Eventually, we grew determined to find another way, even if we had to build it ourselves. So over time, we created a system that allowed us to type information only once, and then use that same information for all of our documents, reports, and even electronic submissions to clients.
Hence, TotaLand Technologies was born. Since our founding in 2004, we have emerged as the clear leader in efficient, paperless field acquisition. Our entire business is focused on removing redundancy from the workday of our fellow Landmen, and we’re not going to stop until all the unnecessary mundane chores associated with a Landman’s job have become nothing more than bad memories.
