October Monthly Tips and New Features

TotaLand recently released its new ticketing system, allowing seamless integration with our clients' internal help desk!

From the top right side of your desktop, go to Support next to your user name.

On the next screen you have options.

Select the Help Desk Tab to be brought to the new Ticketing System.

 

 

From this area you can create a Support Ticket to address any issues you may be having with the system. This ticket will be forwarded to a designated Help Desk Contact for your specific organization. This also allows for multiple members of TotaLand’s Support Team to lend more technical support when needed.
