2014 PBLA Education Seminar
Back in March, President Bill Justice was invited to be a presenter at the PBLA’s Spring Education Seminar in Midland, TX. So on April 23rd, Bill and Chad Landry, Director of Training and Support, headed out west! In front of a large, enthusiastic crowd, Bill discussed the use of databases to optimize land work at the Petroleum Club of Midland. He was 3rd of 7 speakers in the lineup, at a prime 10:15 AM time slot.
After the seminar, the guys attended PBLA’s Annual Shrimp Boil held at The Bar in Midland. A fun time was had due to beer, shrimp & fixings, and new networks! About 400 people attended this event. It was a great opportunity for Bill and Chad to commingle with new contacts on a social level.
Overall, this was a great experience, and we hope to do it again in Midland and in other venues, too!
