- TotaLand has a Notification feature with more than 20 alert options. While on the road or at the office, be kept up to the minute on essential changes to your project. Just click on the link entitled “Your Information” in the top right of the screen, then access the various Notification options you have.

Within your Reports tab, you can analyze project data from many points of view (too many permutations to count). Due to TotaLand's unique use of "Realms" you can pick Tracts/Contracts/Parties/Instruments
- For example, then select a 2nd or even 3rd Realm category to give your results added value. Want to see all of your negotiating Tracts with expanded Party information? Want to run a Parties (lessors) Report with expanded Contract information? Want to run an Instrument Report to see all of the documents in your project that affect a certain Tract, Contract, Party or even County? Once you've come up with your ingenious Report(s), save them as "Favorite" so that you can dazzle your co-workers, managers, and clients on the fly.
- Hey Managers, did you know that you can upload a logo to be featured on our Home Page and/or our Client List Page. Go to Manage Company, and then select the Profile Tab. You'll be prompted to upload your logo, website, and Bio to be featured for our prospective clients to review. The value of having E&P clients see who is using TotaLand is a win-win for us and our brokerages looking to foster relationships with those potential clients.
