October Monthly Tips and New Features
Let's focus on the top right side of the desktop (Your Information / Support / Notifications) -
From your desktop, go to Your Information next to your user name and select contact information to be displayed to your entire organization; gone are the days of having to update that massive company call list every month.
Within the Support Tab, you not only have access to a search feature to seek out specific task-related materials, but also have access to TotaLand's incredible monthly training courses. For FREE! Locate an area of the site that you need to learn more about. Simply locate a topic you'd like to learn more about, (Billing / Abstracts / Contracts / Reports etc) then follow the green arrows to the promised land....watch the video session at your leisure. A very simple and often times silly quiz accompanies all sessions to make sure you walk away with the key points of each course.
The Notifications area is where you can set up specific alerts so that you can take advantage of the "real-time" aspects of using a system like TotaLand. Managers; want to know when a tract status changes from negotiating to agreement reached or when a particular item is ready for review? Just set up your notifications to meet your needs...whether you elect to just use our systems notification log or you prefer to get email reminders...it's yours to use however you choose.
