July Monthly Tips and New Features
With ongoing demands to help our clients import large amounts of data, I’m pleased to announce our latest features. The Tract Ownership Import Feature (Advanced License Users Only) is a long awaited feature and mimics our other Realm templates to allow for importing of mass amounts of tract data. Also, within your Ownership Table, you’ll now notice an Excel download option. This new feature allows you to work on lengthy or complex ownership tables within an Excel environment; very useful with or without an internet connection.
Contract Tracking Feature: Many of our clients are utilizing TLT’s robust auditing features to help defend against expropriation proceedings. For example, many of the tasks you complete on the site are automatically recorded and can even be exported in Word or Excel to accompany reports for possible court proceedings to acquire rights. On the right side of any edit page, locate the Notes area; select Mange Notes to see everything TLT is tracking automatically. You can also create notes at any time. Additionally; from the Edit Contract screen, notice the new “Tracking” tab. This feature has a progressive stepped approach, whereby a lease agent can access a very defined set of steps. Simply click on the Create New Event button and you will be given the option of date stamping and noting your action. (i.e. – Contact Made / Initial Offer Made / Final Offer Made / Action Initiated) – This feature allows for a very predictable, reliable and consistent method of reporting and tracking.
